Complete renovation of first floor who's main goal was to expand the kitchen using the dining room space. We also renovated the family room, half bath, stairs and railings, then full paint to all finishes.

We finished off the 2nd half of this basement add a full bathroom and separate wet bar area.

This was a kitchen, double bath and laundry room renovation.

Converting unfinished basement space to finished space.

This home had a major up fit: new roof, exterior doors, windows and siding, deck resurfacing w/new railings, fireplaces, floorings, interior doors and trims, full master bath, full kitchen, complete basement renovation, new lower HVAC system. The works.

This home has a quest bedroom with full bath on the first floor with an adjacent library accessible from it and the foyer. All of it was closed in to a private suite, kitchen added and renovation to the bathroom.

This basement & bath project already had the bathroom ground plumbing roughed in. Generally, we started from an empty shell and finished the space to a bright, functional and usable 1,100 sf with full bath, theatre, bedroom, TV room, storage and utility space for Hvac and storage. Other small projects included replacing the rear deck to a larger one, and refinishing the garage floor and storage shelving.

This kitchen was entirely removed due to a water leak. It's now full of modern, clean lines with bright finishes. This kitchen is as beautiful as it is functional for the owner.

A master bathroom and kitchen remodel. We renovated entire kitchen, including removal of framed pantry walls and changed the island. Refinished all flooring and full paint to the kitchen area.

We finished 1,810 sf of basement space in this home and still had room for a unfinished utility room area.

This 2-story addition with full new bathroom and complete renovation/expansion of the kitchen. It is at the rear of the home and added 675 sf finished space, plus a new 190 sf deck.

A massive 2,435 sf of space was added to this home in the basement. Huge central kitchen and sitting area, craft space walled in by glass to see into the sitting space, exercise room, full bath, storage, theatre and large bedroom and walk in closet.

This master suite and full bath addition pushed out the side of the home. It created add'l space for a full living suite including bedroom, adjacent sitting area, kitchenette, and full bath. There's an open air balcony above that is accessed from the second floor attic space. We also added deck space to accommodate a new hot tub.

This kitchen was completely changed. We re-wired almost everything to accomodate new cabinet and lighting design. We also replaced all can lighting throughout the home and replaced and finished all railings to match the new floors (downstairs and upstairs).

A full kitchen renovation where the priority was to open it up for easier access to and from the family room.

A basement finish project, with kitchenette, and full bath, needed to incorporate a single car garage within it.

Were hired to assist with a "flip". While we did the interior work, including full kitchen and all baths renovated, flooring, paint, electrical and plumbing fixtures changed out, others worked on the exterior.

This basement finished at 1,700 sf and had a great view of a small lake.

This basement added 1,500 sf to the home (we had already finished the attic). Rooms added included a full kitchen and bath, theatre, craft room, bedroom w/large walk in closet, and more storage space.

This kitchen is part of the same project "Alden Bridge" listed under basements. This is showing a more details, however.

This kitchen needed a new space for the refrigerator.

This kitchen gained a whopper sized 12' long island. Complete floor refinish. The original kitchen and sunroom area (seen in second photo) was old tile flooring, approx. 400 sf of it, that had to be demo'd out. We also renovated the half bath and converted a wet bar area to a TV wall.

Basements with bathrooms are mostly for play areas and on this project the client wanted a large open space. We removed a bearing wall, installed larger footings and raised a steel beam to provide needed support.

A combined kitchen / half-bath renovation and wider opening to the family room.

At this split level ranch home, a peek-a-boo opening looking from kitchen to lower family room was designed into the overall cabinet layout.

We added a single story master suite addition (1,100 sf) with a new deck, attached screened porch. Then added a separate tool shed and trash area both connected to rear of existing gareage. We also expanded the kitchen. There is a full bath in the addition, all new hardwood floors, full interior paint, a few window replacements next to existing chimney....a ton of work completed.

This home was vacant too long. We entered the picture and renovated inside and outside, including kitchen and baths, based on the owner's requests.
