We finished off the 2nd half of this basement add a full bathroom and separate wet bar area.

Converting unfinished basement space to finished space.

This home had a major up fit: new roof, exterior doors, windows and siding, deck resurfacing w/new railings, fireplaces, floorings, interior doors and trims, full master bath, full kitchen, complete basement renovation, new lower HVAC system. The works.

This full bathroom was included in this new basement space, which finished off at 1,100 sf. The renovation included pre-install of all kitchen utilities (gas, venting, plumbing and electrical) for future kitchen install. There was also a very large bedroom with separate storage closet, under stair closet and large game room ~16x28'.

This basement & bath project already had the bathroom ground plumbing roughed in. Generally, we started from an empty shell and finished the space to a bright, functional and usable 1,100 sf with full bath, theatre, bedroom, TV room, storage and utility space for Hvac and storage. Other small projects included replacing the rear deck to a larger one, and refinishing the garage floor and storage shelving.

We finished 1,810 sf of basement space in this home and still had room for a unfinished utility room area.

The wet bar is the focal point of this 1,816 sf basement project. Spaces added included main TV and sitting area, bedroom with closet, finished storage room and full bath.

A massive 2,435 sf of space was added to this home in the basement. Huge central kitchen and sitting area, craft space walled in by glass to see into the sitting space, exercise room, full bath, storage, theatre and large bedroom and walk in closet.

This basement and bathroom project ended up at 1,340 sf and still had space for a large unfinished workshop adjacent to it.

A basement finish project, with kitchenette, and full bath, needed to incorporate a single car garage within it.

This basement finished at 1,700 sf and had a great view of a small lake.

This basement added 1,500 sf to the home (we had already finished the attic). Rooms added included a full kitchen and bath, theatre, craft room, bedroom w/large walk in closet, and more storage space.

This 880 sf basement finish project added new spaces including game room with hallway to bath, bedroom and theatre.

Basements with bathrooms are mostly for play areas and on this project the client wanted a large open space. We removed a bearing wall, installed larger footings and raised a steel beam to provide needed support.

This 840 sf basement needed it's layout opened up, which required us to remove the central bearing wall.
