This contemporary home said goodbye to it's old plain standard screened porch and said hello to a masterpiece.

Sunroom addition at rear of home with new deck and covered porch.

This 2-story addition with full new bathroom and complete renovation/expansion of the kitchen. It is at the rear of the home and added 675 sf finished space, plus a new 190 sf deck.

This master suite and full bath addition pushed out the side of the home. It created add'l space for a full living suite including bedroom, adjacent sitting area, kitchenette, and full bath. There's an open air balcony above that is accessed from the second floor attic space. We also added deck space to accommodate a new hot tub.

This significant screened porch addition was initiated from a simple deck repair. The project expanded, obviously. We ended up ripping off the dilapidated deck and built a 16x22' screened porch with deck extension (10x22'), both with composite decking. Then added bead board ceiling, wide screen panels to finish off the porch.

A gorgeous and secluded sunroom addition with lots of glass and rustic slate flooring. We widened the opening from the family room into the sunroom.

We added a single story master suite addition (1,100 sf) with a new deck, attached screened porch. Then added a separate tool shed and trash area both connected to rear of existing gareage. We also expanded the kitchen. There is a full bath in the addition, all new hardwood floors, full interior paint, a few window replacements next to existing chimney....a ton of work completed.

Another spacious (19x21') screened porch addition. It had the added challenge of being relatively higher off the ground.
