This master suite and full bath addition pushed out the side of the home. It created add'l space for a full living suite including bedroom, adjacent sitting area, kitchenette, and full bath. There's an open air balcony above that is accessed from the second floor attic space. We also added deck space to accommodate a new hot tub.
The addition portion starts at the overhead beam to left of kitchentte. We renovated and opened up the bedroom space which used to be mudroom and garage entrance area...
