Small Projects

A complete facelift with this small project, which was a significant improvement to the home. We removed the original 6x6 dilapidated brick stoop, then added a 22' wide covered porch, and "lime-washed" the front brick veneer, and finally a brand new mahogony new front door.

This basement & bath project already had the bathroom ground plumbing roughed in. Generally, we started from an empty shell and finished the space to a bright, functional and usable 1,100 sf with full bath, theatre, bedroom, TV room, storage and utility space for Hvac and storage. Other small projects included replacing the rear deck to a larger one, and refinishing the garage floor and storage shelving.

At this bathroom project we modernized the laundry room space to be more efficient, completely renovated the hall bathroom, and as a smaller project replaced all stairs treads and risers, rails and added carpet runner.

This wet bar renovation is an impressive before and after photo comparison. Out with the old and in with the new.

We completely demo'd the 1st floor master bath and did some other small projects in the home, like full scrape and paint at all ceilings and walls, trim.

This is a fireplace renovation from the original 30+ year old brick to new natural stone facing and gas appliance fireplace.

At this home the rear sunroom got renovated. The changes included reducing size of patio door from a 3-panel or 9' wide door down to 2 panel or 6' wide new patio door set. We also smoothed all walls and ceilings, especially over the bay window where it intersects with ceiling. And finally, new LVP flooring, window/door trim, and a full paint.

Here we added roof cover to an existing brick front stoop.

Here we converted a twin window in the kitchen nook area to a 6' wide patio door. The challenge was the brick veneer on the exterior, which was expertly demo'd and put back together around the new door set.

We converted 2 small dormers into one large one and refinished the bonus room it was attached to.

We converted this oversized laundry room to a regular sized guest bedroom/playroom with a double storage closet and a washer/dryer closet.
