A complete facelift with this small project, which was a significant improvement to the home. We removed the original 6x6 dilapidated brick stoop, then added a 22' wide covered porch, and "lime-washed" the front brick veneer, and finally a brand new mahogony new front door.

This basement & bath project already had the bathroom ground plumbing roughed in. Generally, we started from an empty shell and finished the space to a bright, functional and usable 1,100 sf with full bath, theatre, bedroom, TV room, storage and utility space for Hvac and storage. Other small projects included replacing the rear deck to a larger one, and refinishing the garage floor and storage shelving.

At this bathroom project we modernized the laundry room space to be more efficient, completely renovated the hall bathroom, and as a smaller project replaced all stairs treads and risers, rails and added carpet runner.
