This full bathroom was included in this new basement space, which finished off at 1,100 sf. The renovation included pre-install of all kitchen utilities (gas, venting, plumbing and electrical) for future kitchen install. There was also a very large bedroom with separate storage closet, under stair closet and large game room ~16x28'.

At the bottom of the stairs this is a view to the preinstalled utilities kitchen area. It is finished to the point the owner requested, inspected and ready to go for the owner to install his own cabinets, counter tops, appliances.

We like to include a view into the utility spaces to show the effort we take to making the room cleanly installed, efficient for the owner to use as much space as possible for future needs while maintaining open access to all utilities (plumbing, gas, mechanical and electrical panel).

This home had a major up fit: new roof, exterior doors, windows and siding, deck resurfacing w/new railings, fireplaces, floorings, interior doors and trims, full master bath, full kitchen, complete basement renovation, new lower HVAC system. The works.
