This home had a major up fit: new roof, exterior doors, windows and siding, deck resurfacing w/new railings, fireplaces, floorings, interior doors and trims, full master bath, full kitchen, complete basement renovation, new lower HVAC system. The works.
We'll give a few pictures of highlights of the project. The kitchen was redesigned to remove the wall to dining room and delete the walled pantry (left side of next photo).
Old pantry came out and previously poorly installed air ducting and plumbing were replaced. All the laminate flooring, which was laying on top of oak hardwoods, were removed.

2 flights of stairs replaced and carpeting throughout home replaced to new hardwoods.
In the master suite we addd a wide closet behind the bathroom wall.
The master bathroom - storage to the right, double vanity, shower, and new windows relocated to fit between vanity and shower.
