This kitchen gained a whopper sized 12' long island. Complete floor refinish. The original kitchen and sunroom area (seen in second photo) was old tile flooring, approx. 400 sf of it, that had to be demo'd out. We also renovated the half bath and converted a wet bar area to a TV wall.

The wet bar wall is now rebuilt (notice that it is bumped out to accommodate a sewer pipe from 2nd floor that could not get moved). The bump out area now acts like a TV frame.

We were able to delicately remove vanity and mirror and light, make plumbing repairs and finish floor and install the new fixtures with no damage to the delicate wall design.
