A basement finish project, with kitchenette, and full bath, needed to incorporate a single car garage within it.

This tightly spaced kitchen redesign called to remove the peninsula and overhanging cabinets to open up the space. A key element is the new breakfast sitting area seen a few images below here...

We completely demo'd the 1st floor master bath and did some other small projects in the home, like full scrape and paint at all ceilings and walls, trim.

At this project we renovated the master bath completely. Other small projects included new stairs and railings, and upper hall and bedroom carpenting.

Were hired to assist with a "flip". While we did the interior work, including full kitchen and all baths renovated, flooring, paint, electrical and plumbing fixtures changed out, others worked on the exterior.

This is a fireplace renovation from the original 30+ year old brick to new natural stone facing and gas appliance fireplace.

This basement finished at 1,700 sf and had a great view of a small lake.

This attic and bathroom project finished off at 1,200 sf.

This kitchen is part of the same project "Alden Bridge" listed under basements. This is showing a more details, however.

This basement added 1,500 sf to the home (we had already finished the attic). Rooms added included a full kitchen and bath, theatre, craft room, bedroom w/large walk in closet, and more storage space.

At this home the rear sunroom got renovated. The changes included reducing size of patio door from a 3-panel or 9' wide door down to 2 panel or 6' wide new patio door set. We also smoothed all walls and ceilings, especially over the bay window where it intersects with ceiling. And finally, new LVP flooring, window/door trim, and a full paint.

Another contemporary master bath renovation.

Here we added roof cover to an existing brick front stoop.

This kitchen needed a new space for the refrigerator.

This 880 sf basement finish project added new spaces including game room with hallway to bath, bedroom and theatre.

This kitchen gained a whopper sized 12' long island. Complete floor refinish. The original kitchen and sunroom area (seen in second photo) was old tile flooring, approx. 400 sf of it, that had to be demo'd out. We also renovated the half bath and converted a wet bar area to a TV wall.

This master bath renovation was designed by Loretta Bell (Bell & Associates Interior Design, Ltd.). Custom cabinets were by Norman Lee.

Basements with bathrooms are mostly for play areas and on this project the client wanted a large open space. We removed a bearing wall, installed larger footings and raised a steel beam to provide needed support.

This significant screened porch addition was initiated from a simple deck repair. The project expanded, obviously. We ended up ripping off the dilapidated deck and built a 16x22' screened porch with deck extension (10x22'), both with composite decking. Then added bead board ceiling, wide screen panels to finish off the porch.

A long walk up to the 3rd floor but that's our specialty! We finished this one to 725 sf and includes bonus room, a theatre, separate office, unfinished storage and a full bath.
