We hired Chris to undertake the addition of a bathroom in our house and to make some significant modifications to a bedroom. We could not be happier with the finished project and the quality of the work is superb. However, the most valuable aspect of the project was the advice and guidance Chris provided to help us determine the best means to accomplish the project. As the project evolved, Chris helped us understand the best options for the project and was very flexible as we modified the project to meet our overall objectives. We hired CPR Construction last winter to finish our partially finished basement (including demolition of a wall and installation of a steel beam) and we are so delighted with the beautiful results! This was a major project for us and the first time we had worked with a general contractor, so we needed more guidance than the average homeowners working through all the options and costs. We were also very budget conscious and needed a general contractor who would respect that. Chris Raneri and CPR Construction hit a home run on all fronts! Chris was extremely professional, patient straightforward and responsive. He endured our dozens of questions about everything from construction materials to inspections and made sure we understood the entire project from start to finish. He guided us to areas where we could save money and other areas where it didnandt make sense to cut corners. Chris documented all of our selected options and costs very clearly, so we knew what to expect during each phase of the project and there were no surprises mid-construction. Once construction began, we found Chris and all of his subcontractors to be very professional and thorough. They arrived on time, cleaned up after themselves each day, and completed their work as promised. After working through contracts, inspections, regulations, surveys and everything else that the Town of Cary needed done, we are FINALLY there!
