With CPR Construction capably managing our kitchen renovation project, the experience was very easy for our family. Chris kept us well-informed about the work schedule and adapted the schedule to work well for our family. Chris treated our home like his own taking special care to keep the work area neat and safe at the end of each work day. Chris was very thorough in preparing his bid for our project. His diligence revealed some obstacles for the project that were not initially apparent. This allowed us to factor these items into the original project quote rather than being surprised by them after the project began. I called CPR Construction after seeking recommendations for a company to do some extensive drywall repair before we put our house on the market. Chris was unable to supervise my project directly at that moment -- but he generously put me in touch with a great (and polite!) subcontractor who definitely knew what he was doing with the work at hand. Youandd never know the big crack in our vaulted wall had ever been repaired. Chris followed up on the project too several times! Another big plus is that Chris keeps quick track of email too.

We had Chris Raneri with CPR Construction come out to finish up a construction project which included the conversion of double windows on an exterior brick wall to a double patio door. He did great work! He was spot on with his estimate and his timing. He was always punctual and transparent as he proceeded through the project. He is detail oriented when it comes to the entire process including the clean-up. The debris was removed promptly and looked as if there was never debris. Even when he was sanding the sheetrock at the end he used a fan to blow the dust out of the house to help minimize the mess. I wish we had contacted him sooner :) I can recommend him without hesitation!

I have hired CPR and owner Chris Raneri for the past several years to do a number of construction projects around our home in Lochmere. More recently I contracted with CPR to serve as the general contractor on a large laboratory renovation at my business. Chris does an excellent job in communicating with clients throughout the project, in coordinating CPR subcontractors, and in ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded. CPR - What can we say? On time, great work, efficient with his guys, told us exactly what was wrong and how to make repairs, did what he promised and cleaned up each day leaving no trace they were here. Chris is a hands on and stand up guy. Very professional. Would recommend.

CPR Construction Company replaced the deck on our home in April 2013. The replacement included an extension and a modification of the steps. Chris and his crew arrived on time and worked consistently throughout the day. They were polite, professional and very efficient. It was obvious that they were coordinated (permits acquired, dumpster delivered, materials available, etc.) in their plan for the replacement. Each day the crew left the worksite clean and organized. Chris addressed any concerns that we had immediately and without “hassle”. His crew suggested some changes in our design that actually made a positive difference in the final outcome. We are totally satisfied and appreciate the good work.

CPR Construction just completed renovating the kitchen in my Cary split-level. This is the major project CPR has completed for me and I was very pleased with the results. We love our neighborhood and did not want to have to move house in order to have a functional kitchen, even though the scope of the remodeling was quite extensive. Chris does an excellent job scoping his projects. It was clear what was and was not included in the project. All changes to the project scope were discussed with us and documented and estimated before Chris proceeded. He is wonderful to work with! He did a very good job of listening to what I wanted and suggesting ideas and he was very good at communicating what was possible and practical. He managed the permitting process very well and I was delighted with his work crews. Chris made sure every detail was exactly the way I wanted it, down to matching the style of light switches in use in other parts of the house. He also does a great job of translating "homeowner" into "electrician" and "plumber"! Chris communicated schedules to me clearly and he was always available to answer questions. When I look around my beautiful kitchen, I am amazed at what was accomplished. We could not have done it without Chris!

Chris replaced 4 sliding glass doors for us and did a fantastic job. He came when he said he would, did a very professional job, removed all trash, and did it for the amount agreed upon. I will highly recommend him. Thanks Chris.

We had Chris Raneri, CPR Construction, replace wood rot around window dormers and under rain gutters, replace outside water-damaged fascia board, and replace the stairs on our porch. We found Chris to be professional and knowledgeable. His pricing was very reasonable and his work ethic commendable. He was at our home every day until the job was complete. He kept us updated everyday on his progress and informed us immediately if additional problems were found. We asked Chris to fix these additional problems, and any additional costs incurred were more than fair. Chris has an eye for detail and all repairs were completed in a professional manner.
