Chris and his team really came through for us late last year during very stressful relocation from another state. We had many home repairs to get done in a very short time prior to move in. Kudos to him and his guys for keeping us organized and very happy with the results….so much so that we hired him back months later to perform a very large renovation to our home. Although we are just getting started we very much look forward to the same attention to detail and customer service we received the first time.

We designed and implemented a master bath renovation with Chris. He and his subcontractors did quality work on the bath along with some additional repairs. His communication by email as the project progressed was very helpful. The result was an attractive and functional bath completed in a timely manner.

This is our second project with CPR. We love our new bench seat! Thanks so much for being under budget and honest about it.

We selected CPR Construction to finish our partially done attic, due to the professionalism and experience he exhibited during our initial discussions. Our experience with CPR Construction during the construction was extremely positive. Chris Raneri is responsive, professional, prompt, and very thorough in his work. We kept adding additional items, elsewhere in the house, and he went above and beyond to get them done, all in an excellent manner. He completed the job in a timely manner, was very flexible, and we are very pleased with the results! We appreciated his experience and recommendations that he gave through out the process. Weandve used Chris for a couple of projects (bathrooms, laundry room, etc.). We like working with Chris because he helps with design ideas, his prices are fair and he does quality work. In the last project we had a granite problem, but thanks in part to Chrisand relationship with the supplier, we had everything replaced with no hassle and no additional charge.

Chris at CPRC did some external house repair for us in 2012 and we were so pleased with his work that we decided to have him build a sunroom addition. Our house came with a screened-in porch connected to the living room by a door and two windows. The porch was either too cold or too hot most of the year to enjoy, plus pollen and mold needed annual cleaning. So we decided to remove the screened-in porch, old deck and the wall (both windows and door) now opening the house into a new huge sunroom with floor to ceiling glass windows and a new deck tucked into a private corner of the house. Chris met with us several times to hear what we wanted, offered his own ideas, then brought in a structural architect to put it down on paper. The work went smoothly with a speedy demolition, minimal dust in the house due to good sealing of the work area, and excellent coordination with workers and city inspectors. The tricky part was to match the style of the house (inside and out) while giving the new room a modern open feeling. Here Chris really shines as he has excellent instincts for how to transit the siding, trim, molding, paint, and floor from one style to another. The resulting 500 square foot addition looks like part of the original house but now provides us a super beautiful and useful living, kitchen, dining and sunroom open area with expansive views of the garden and woods. Chris explained clearly the various options and was able to take our unusual ideas and turn them into workable space. We highly recommend Chris for all the reasons we discussed in our first post, but want to add that he has excellent cooperative skills and expertise in getting the details right on home additions.

After some disappointing experiences with other contractors, I found Chrisand professionalism, prompt follow-up, open communication, attention to detail and fair pricing to be unique in the trade. Heands one of the good guys. He responded quickly to my call and followed up with a fair quote. Chris arrived on time, with all the tools and supplies needed, and creatively executed a challenging project successfully. Details like cutting exact angles, staining edges prior to nailing, trimming sides for a snugger fit, pre-drilling to avoid splitting, collecting old nails and debris in buckets and leaving his work site clean are important to Chris and his company, CPR Construction. He was a pleasure to work with, very professional, prompt, and a good communicator. If he told me he would be at the house at 8:00, he was at the house at 8:00. If I emailed him with a question he always answered me within a few hours. I showed him a picture of some special trim details that I wanted and the finished product looked even better than I expected! Chris always went the extra mile to make sure every project he completed was done right and that we were satisfied. We have done several remodeling projects in the past so we know how rare it is to find someone like Chris. We highly recommend CPR Construction.

Chris is the consummate professional, courteous, and detailed. He manages a crew of well qualified sub-contractors who do an outstanding job, down to the smallest detail. We would highly recommend CPR for any remodel or new construction, large or small.

He is very helpful with ideas, cost estimates, doands and donandts and where to buy stuff when youandre planning your project. CPR Construction finally fixed my Palladian window. This is the third window and it was still leaking. Chris came in and diagnosed the problem and quickly fixed it. He explained the problem and the solution. He was reasonably priced, on time and very neat. I would use him again and highly recommend him to anyone.

What a pleasant experience we had working with CPR Construction. The job was done on time and right the first time. Even a small job has lots of small decisions which need to be made up front and along the way. Chris talked through each decision point, carefully laying out the options and potential costs of each. Chris and his team had to perform the work while our busy office was open for business. All the workmen were respectful of our work environment and kept noise and construction debris to a minimum. When the job was done, everything was cleaned up with debris taken away. The workmanship is terrific. I would highly recommend CPR Construction!
