CPR Construction lived up to their promise as being a reliable, knowledgeable, and insightful general contractor for our complicated addition project in Cary, NC. Because of this project my mother can now live with us in the new bedroom/kitchenette suite with a separate entry, ADA style bathroom, small kitchen, dining area, and large bedroom. Chris also gave us additional space for a much needed dining room off our kitchen. We love the new spaces, I especially like the observation deck/balcony added to our second floor bedroom. In addition to the added spaces Chris helped us engineer and design an extension to our patio from our master for our new hot tub. In Cary we loose power during big storms. Chrisand electrical contractor designed an easy to use power switch so I can use my propane powered generator when we lose power. Youandll be glad when you use CPR Construction, Chris' team of trades partners all were professional, courteous with my wife and family, and showed up on time. We had a small issue with 2 of our windows but Chris and his guys responded immediately and fixed the issues with no extra charge to our invoice. He is a man you can trust!

Just want to share a great experience I had using CPR Construction for a small project. To him it was small, but to me it means the world. The workmanship is superb and I am very pleased with the outcome. He is a contractor who handles big jobs as well as small ones. I appreciate someone who is willing to help whatever size job it is.

Today I had Chris Raneri of CPR Construction perform some repair work on my house. CPR Construction did some work for one of my neighbors and I was impressed with the completed job so I contacted Chris for an estimate. He came by the same day, quickly scoped out the job then provided me with a verbal estimate and proposed schedule. To keep costs down, he asked me if I would act as his "helper" to which I readily agreed. Chris was great about keeping me informed. In the days before the work started, he contacted me three times, once regarding the material, once to adjust his schedule and then the night before the work, he called and told me what time he planned to arrive. He showed up right on schedule. He unloaded his ladders and went right to work. He immediately found that the material he brought wasn't quite the right size so he took it back to the store and exchanged it. Keep in mind that the crown molding was approximately 30' above ground and was difficult to measure without setting up a ladder. He finished right on schedule. I couldn't be happier with his work. He's easy to work with, quickly answered any questions I had and was simply a delight to be around. Since moving to NC two years ago, Chris is the 3rd contractor I've used. He by far out-performed them all. I particularly appreciated him working to keep the costs down and keeping me informed prior to the actual work. He treated my house as if it was his own. When it came time to settle up, he told me that he was not charging me for the run he had to make to the store to exchange the material. I wasn't expecting that! I plan on using CPR Construction for any future repair or remodeling work I need for sure.

I had a relatively small wood rot repair and exterior painting work. Chris completed the work promptly, and it looks great. He also fixed some tricky wood rot near my garage and bay window. His pricing was very fair, and I plan to use him again!

Chris completed an entire kitchen renovation for us which required removing a wall to open up the room. He was professional, accessible and meticulous in his work. The quality of Chrisands work is so good, that we feel like we moved into a new home. We hosted a dinner party and our guests were amazed at the transformation.

I hired Chris to address wood rot issues on the exterior of my home. Ever the consummate professional, he conducted a thorough inspection and found additional rot I was not aware of.
