I hired CPR Construction to manage multiple renovation projects in my split-level home this past summer. The primary project was a complete renovation of our two upstairs bathrooms: the master and hall baths. Chris drew up a detailed scope and provided a solid quote. The only variations involved extra work that I authorized prior to completion. Chris was able to offer good advice on the relative cost trade-offs involved in the project, allowing me to spend my project budget on the changes that mattered most to us. He did an excellent job managing the project from start to finish. We were so pleased with the job that Chris did renovating our bathrooms that we decided to renovate the downstairs playroom earlier than planned. Painting rather than replacing was a suggestion that Chris made in order to fit the project to our budget, and we very pleased. Chris completed numerous other small projects to finish things off. He handled every project, big or small, with great organization, professionalism and wonderful attention to detail. He communicated very clearly and was always on top of every detail. We plan to hire Chris next year to undertake the renovation of our third bathroom and the addition of a screened porch in place of our aging deck. It has been a pleasure to work with him.
