When Chris arrived for the estimate he immediately showed he was knowledgable in his craft. In addition he was thorough and communicated very well about what would be done. Despite some bad weather Chris did a great job communicating his plans in advance. I appreciated that he wanted to get the work done right and not risk doing a job in poor conditions. We had a very small job most contractors would not have even looked at! Received Chrisand flier in the mailbox, called and he responded immediately. He provided us some very flexible options and reasonable quotes. Chris completed the job in the time promised, was extremely neat, workmanship was flawless and the finished product was outstanding. In reviewing the entire process of our restorations, I'm very happy with the entire experience. After seeing the work done on the house next door, I was satisfied that you do good work. That definitely held true for the restoration work I asked for and received, it resolved our water damage issues, and looks great. The estimation of the work required for our restoration was very accurate, and the small amount of hidden damage uncovered was immediately brought to my attention. The estimations of the amount of time the job would take, and the cost of repairs were also right on target. The cleanup afterwards was also very complete, leaving nothing behind for me to clear or throw out. Chris just finished a large basement renovation for me and I'm very happy how things turned out. He was very precised and detailed on the front end, so my expectations were properly set on how things would look and what they would cost. There are always going to be some changes that are needed due to unforeseen circumstances, and I felt like Chris was very fair and honest about how best to handle them. The subcontractors he had doing electric, plumbing, HVAC, and painting were all very professional and honest, and I felt comfortable leaving them in the house unsupervised. They kept the space clean along the way, and I felt like the quality of the job was excellent. I'd recommend Chris/CPR to anyone.

Friends who had been through the remodeling process told us that no matter what a contractor may tell you, double the time and add 50% to the budget. That was not our experience at all with CPR Construction. Chris made a stressful project nearly painless, and our kitchen was finished on time (a week early, even) and very close to budget. He was exceptionally thorough during our initial consultation: asking questions, listening to our concerns and goals, talking through the details and giving advice to avoid unnecessary delays later on. When quotes came in, CPR was not the lowest, but we went with Chris anyway because we trusted that he would do a great job and that his initial diligence would help minimize cost overruns on the back end. As with nearly every project, there were unanticipated obstacles and some extra expenses, but we could always count on Chris to keep us well-informed of developments, to treat us fairly and honestly, and to resolve issues efficiently and effectively. In the end, we couldn't be happier with our new kitchen, and we would recommend CPR Construction to anyone looking for a high-quality, trustworthy general contractor to lead a project. CPR Construction renovated the entire first floor of our house (kitchen, powder room, study, family room, sunroom) in under 10 weeks. The sheer amount of work that Chris and his team performed at such an accelerated pace is a testament to his planning, budgeting, and execution skills. The work was completed on-time, on-budget, and with results that are impeccable.
